About the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Poland or Switzerland covering the full recruitment cycle from kick-off meetings with hiring managers, job posting and candidate sourcing through to CV screening, interviewing, and offer management. You will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, maintaining accurate recruitment data and administration in our Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors), and building effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders across the supported markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions across all organizational levels, from sourcing and candidate selection through to offer and onboarding.
• Provide recruitment support to the wider Talent Acquisition team during periods of increased hiring volume and peak workload.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear, timely communication and effective coordination throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage and administer the SuccessFactors Recruiting Module, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and the timely completion of recruitment activities.
• Prepare and deliver recruitment reports, analyses, and presentations to support stakeholders in decision-making and workforce planning.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners, supporting sourcing strategies and talent attraction initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and activities aimed at strengthening the company’s position as an employer of choice.
• Drive a strong and consistent candidate experience, ensuring professionalism, transparency, and effective communication at every stage of the recruitment journey.
• Partner closely with HR teams and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, align on hiring strategies, and support workforce planning activities.
• Process and monitor recruitment-related vendor invoices, including recruitment agency fees, job advertising, and other talent acquisition services.

About you:

• University degree or equivalent relevant education.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
• Previous experience in a BPO, SSC/GBS environment or recruitment agency will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and candidate sourcing tools, with practical experience in direct sourcing.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting will be an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Good practical knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• High data accuracy, with a structured approach to maintaining recruitment systems and documentation.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with recruiters, HR teams, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
