  • Recruit for a diverse range of clinical, operational, customer service, and corporate positions across multiple markets.
  • Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS technology, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, staffing needs, hiring priorities, and market-specific recruiting challenges.
  • Serve as a consultative recruiting partner by identifying hiring barriers, sharing market insights, and recommending strategies to improve candidate flow and hiring outcomes.
  • Conduct candidate phone screens and assess experience, motivation, qualifications, scheduling requirements, and overall alignment with the opportunity.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities across several markets while maintaining urgency, organization, and consistent follow-up.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions and competitive talent markets.
  • Optimize job postings, recruiting advertisements, social media, and other sourcing channels to increase qualified applicant flow.
  • Utilize recruiting data to monitor pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, candidate quality, funnel activity, and hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and operational leaders to support broader workforce planning and organizational goals.
  • Stay informed about recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and effective sourcing practices across assigned markets.
  • Support recruiting projects, hiring events, employer branding initiatives, and other Talent Acquisition priorities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, home care, DME, clinical services, high-volume recruiting, or a similar environment.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions and locations simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience with proactive sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline development.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting or sourcing technologies.
  • Strong customer service, communication, relationship-building, and consultative partnership skills.
  • Ability to establish credibility and effectively partner with hiring managers at different levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to independently prioritize work and adapt quickly as hiring needs change.
  • Comfortable supporting multiple markets and working with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where urgency, responsiveness, and teamwork are critical.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive candidate and employee information.

Preferred:

  • Healthcare, home care, pediatric, DME, or clinical recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting Respiratory Therapists, nurses, CNAs, or other healthcare professionals.
  • Experience recruiting customer service, admissions, drivers, service technicians, or other high-volume operational positions.
  • Experience sourcing for difficult-to-fill positions across multiple markets.
  • Experience supporting hiring events, community outreach, school partnerships, or employer branding initiatives.
  • Knowledge of recruiting trends and talent markets in one or more of PHS’s operating regions.
