We want you to:
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Work with hiring managers to understand position requirements, refine job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, acting as a company ambassador to promote our brand.
- Develop a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
This job might be for you if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a tech company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues alike.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for recruitment and talent development.
