In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 10 years later, our pack has over 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

Let's start with the obvious: hiring great people across Europe is kind of a big deal, and this role sits right in the middle of it all. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the full recruitment process for your portfolio of vacancies, from kicking things off with hiring managers and building the right strategy, to sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, communicating offers, and celebrating signed contracts. A to Z, all yours.
Great recruiters don't just fill roles though. Alongside your day to day recruitment work, you'll help improve our hiring processes, candidate experience, and employer branding. Small improvements, big ideas, smarter ways of working: we're all for it.

With a scoop of curiosity, ownership, and a talent for spotting great humans, you'll get to:
Own the full recruitment journey (sourcing, pipelines, interviews) from first conversation to signed contract and welcoming new Pack members
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to challenge ideas and build smart hiring strategies
Create a candidate experience that makes people feel valued, whether they join us or not
Use data, insights, and feedback to keep making our hiring process better
Lead Talent Acquisition projects that make us hire smarter, faster, and more consistently
Help make sure every hiring decision is fair, inclusive, and gives everyone a chance to shine
You've got 3+ years of experience owning full cycle recruitment across different roles, teams, and locations
You know how to juggle multiple vacancies, stakeholders, and priorities without losing sight of the candidate experience
You have an eye for data and know how to use recruitment metrics to make smarter hiring decisions
You're comfortable finding great talent, including those who aren't actively looking
You build strong relationships with hiring managers and become a trusted partner in finding the right people
You speak English, Dutch, and French fluently (or can at least get by)
Experience in a fast growing consumer brand or changing environment? Even better 🐶
