Job Description

Schedule: Full Time | 80 hours per pay period | Monday - Friday | 8am-4:30pm

Pay Range: $26.50-$30 (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies that reflect Vivie’s values and staffing needs. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and a welcoming point of contact for candidates. With a keen eye for talent and a drive for excellence, you’ll help build a workforce that’s both skilled and mission-driven.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Recruit for Open Positions – Lead the recruitment process from start to finish. Post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate job offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, assess future hiring needs, and ensure new hire paperwork and onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Source Candidates – Use a variety of modern sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including social media, databases, and referral networks. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure all sourcing activity is accurately tracked in our applicant tracking system.
  • Provide HR Project & Administration Support – Assist with research, reporting, and implementation of HR-related projects. Attend meetings, provide status updates, help ensure completion of background checks, licensure verifications, and collaborate with the HR team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist Employees as Needed – Provide timely and helpful support to employees across the organization. Help troubleshoot HRIS issues, answer general HR questions, and provide guidance with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

This job also requires:

  • Two-year college degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of Human Resources experience, preferably with recruitment focus.
  • Customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Initiative, motivation, and follow-through.
  • Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
  • Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and visitors.
