Role Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values and employer brand.
  • Leverage recruitment data and insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen our market presence and attract top talent.
  • Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence activities to identify key talent pools.
  • Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and compliant recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues across the global business, sharing best practices and contributing to strategic projects.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, either in-house or within an agency environment.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities across a variety of talent segments.
  • Experience building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and insights to guide decisions.
  • Experience with recruitment technology platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday Recruiting, or similar systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
