What you will enjoy doing*

• You
  will manage the recruiting process for assigned areas and regions, ensuring a
  seamless and inclusive experience managing regional recruiting processes
• In this role you will maintain and update recruiting activity reports to
  support transparency and informed decision making maintaining recruiting
  activity reports
• You shall build strong relationships with hiring managers and key
  stakeholders to guarantee smooth and timely recruitment operations building
  stakeholder relationships
• Additionally ensure the utilization of approved vendors and recruitment
  tools to uphold consistency, compliance, and quality utilizing approved
  recruitment vendors
• Furthermore act as a liaison with third party agencies, vendors, and
  partners delivering recruitment related services liaising with external
  recruitment partners
• You are expected to utilize the Applicant Tracking System as your primary
  tool for facilitating efficient and accurate recruitment activities using
  Applicant Tracking Systems
• Lastly develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for commonly
  needed positions to support ongoing workforce readiness building candidate
  pipelines

  continuous pipeline of skilled talent implementing strategic staffing
  initiatives
• You shall review internal compensation data and collaborate with regional
  Human Resources partners to create competitive and equitable offers reviewing
  compensation data
• In addition you should hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  that supports your professional foundation holding relevant academic
  qualifications
• Additionally bring at least five years of high volume recruiting
  experience with strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel bringing high
  volume recruiting experience
• Furthermore demonstrate the ability to brainstorm and execute creative
  recruiting strategies for challenging locations executing creative recruiting
  strategies
• You are experienced in candidate sourcing and data mining through Applicant
  Tracking Systems, job boards, and career fairs sourcing candidates
  effectively
• Lastly showcase strong multi tasking, prioritization, and consultative
  abilities, with familiarity in Taleo, Cornerstone, and employment law as
  added strengths demonstrating consultative recruiting skills
• Experience in Industrial Gas industry is preferred as well as advanced knowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding employment practices
