- Partner with Hiring Directors and Hiring Managers to gather hiring requirements, finalize job descriptions, and align on hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to fulfill hiring demands.
- Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and talent communities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, phone interviews, interview coordination, technical assessments, interview participation, and candidate evaluation.
- Monitor and drive recruitment progress to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Prepare and present job offers, negotiate with candidates, manage offer follow-ups, and support onboarding activities, including updating newcomer information in internal systems.
- Promote job opportunities through internal and external channels to attract qualified talent and strengthen employer branding.
- Participate in employer branding activities, recruitment events and talent community initiatives to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and analytics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc basis.
- Collaborate with headhunt agencies, and staffing vendors to source qualified candidates, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure hiring targets are met.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
- Participate in team activities, knowledge-sharing sessions, team-building events, and other initiatives that contribute to team engagement and development.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in IT outsourcing, software development, or technology service companies.
- Strong expertise in talent sourcing and employer branding across channels such as LinkedIn, ITviec, VietnamWorks, Facebook, IT communities, and niche talent networks.
- Had experiences in working with external recruitment partner such as staffing vendors/ headhunt agencies
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve recruitment efficiency and data report.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in recruitment reporting, pipeline tracking, hiring metrics analysis, and talent insights generation.
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Well-organized and capable of managing multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously while maintaining recruitment quality.
- Self-driven, open-minded, and resourceful in solving recruitment challenges.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and stakeholder-focused approach.
