Wat neem je mee?
• Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding;
• Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in Talent Acquisition of in een rol met intensief stakeholdermanagement.
• Interesse in sectoren zoals milieu, engineering, ruimtelijke ontwikkeling, veiligheid, energietransitie of ondergrondse infrastructuur
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om doelgroepgerichte en aansprekende teksten te schrijven
• Een proactieve, resultaatgerichte houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
