Job Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for a UK-based organisation. You'll work fully remotely, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and secure top talent across a range of functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing through to offer stage
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pools
  • Screen CVs and conduct structured competency-based interviews
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across the business
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on time-to-hire and quality of hire

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience
  • Experience using ATS platforms (Workable, Greenhouse, or similar)
  • Strong interviewing skills and understanding of competency frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
  • Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace

What's on Offer

  • Salary: R27,000 per month
  • Full-time, permanent remote position
  • Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
  • Equipment provided | 20 days paid leave
