The Talent AcquisitionSpecialists(Internally known as TalentSourcer-er)atParts Townispassionate about building world-class teams and have the desire to deliver the best candidate experience. You will manage thehigh-volume,full-cyclemulti-state,recruiting process that includes job description development,geographic market research,candidate sourcing, phone interviewing, coordinating interviews, and job offers. You are creative in how you source candidates and thrive in situations where youare presenting hiring solutions to the manager you support. Youare candidates’ first impression of Parts Town therefore, positive energy, sound judgment, and outstanding communication are a must!

A Typical Day

  • Partner with a fun and passionate recruiting team to deliver the best candidate experience in every effort
  • High-volume full-cycle recruitment; including, market research development, candidate sourcing, phone interviewing, coordinating interviews,andextending job offers
  • Utilize Jobvite our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to review candidate resumes, perform phone interviews, and proactively communicate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Creatively source for open roles, using multiple recruiting channels whichincludejob boards, colleges and universities, job fairs, social media, and employee referrals
  • Collectively partnerwith hiring managers to identify knowledge, skills, abilities, and characteristics of ideal candidates
  • Create a positive candidate experience for internal and external candidates by moving them through the recruiting process quickly, professionally and with clear communication
  • Collaborating with our onsite HR Partner on new hire onboarding and building the best new hire experience
  • This role will primarily support the hiring for our local global fulfillment center.

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition.
  • You love building candidate pipelines with innovative sourcing and outreach efforts such as hosting job fairs on-site

Thesalaryrange for this role is $21.13-$36.30 hourly which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is apayfor performance-company. In addition to basepay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.

Parts Town was built from the ground up in 1987 with a team of just 5 people. The goal – to reinvent the restaurant equipment parts industry. 35 years later, we’re one of the fastest growing parts distributors in the foodservice equipment industry and have 1000+ team members who support national and international customers.

How did we do it? We hired great people with great ideas. Where others saw the impossible, our Townspeople saw opportunity. We formed important partnerships with manufacturers and built an expansive inventory of OEM parts so we can ship faster and more efficiently. We kept technology front of mind, developing the industry’s first mobile app, where you can research and purchase parts with ease (no more headaches!).
