Work days: Monday to Friday
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour, depending on experience

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven, and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality Virtual Assistants who can support the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified Virtual Assistant candidates.
- Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture fit.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to fully understand hiring requirements and deliver the best talent matches.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate sourcing to endorsement and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring goals and timelines in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in volume hiring.
- Experience working in a Virtual Assistant agency is highly preferred.
- Background or familiarity with Medical Virtual Assistants or the healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling challenging recruitment goals.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
Basic Requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing clear English.
- Must have relevant work experience.
- Must be willing to submit an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding (mandatory).
- Must be available for video meetings with camera on when required.
- Amenable to working US business hours.
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID.
- Must not be working with other clients during scheduled working hours.
- Submission of a short video introduction is required.
Technical Requirements
- Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- Internet: High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps; DSL/Fiber preferred).
- Audio: Noise-canceling headset or reliable microphone.
- Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
- Workspace: Quiet, professional work environment with minimal background noise.
