What You’ll Be Doing
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of salaried and hourly positions, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring needs, and candidate qualifications while providing support throughout the recruitment process.
• Source active and passive candidates through multiple recruitment channels including job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and outreach initiatives.
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role and organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and follow-up.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records within Workday and ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Monitor open requisitions and recruitment activity to help ensure hiring timelines and service expectations are met.
• Participate in recruitment-related projects and process improvement initiatives to support team effectiveness and consistency.
• Stay current on hiring trends, sourcing strategies, and market conditions to support recruitment success.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Qualifications & Requirements
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in either an agency or in-house environment.
• Experience using Workday applicant tracking system.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. CHRP designation (or in-progress) is an asset.
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
• Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of channels and recruitment methods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
