Our mission comes to life through our people.

Every nurse.

They are the reason:

Elevate the Candidate Experience

You understand candidates have choices.

You will:
• Conduct behavioral and values-based interviews
• Communicate proactively and move quickly
• Create a positive and mission-driven candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams

Recruit with Integrity

You will:
• Recommend compensation thoughtfully and equitably
• Understand pay placement and market competitiveness
• Ensure compliance and consistency throughout the hiring process
• Help strengthen workforce stability across our organization

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience
    • Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills
    • Long-term care recruiting experience strongly preferred
    • Experience recruiting for healthcare, nursing, CNA, or clinical support roles
    • Ability to manage high-volume, mission-critical hiring
    • Strong partnership and communication skills

Who You Are:

  • Resilient when roles are difficult to fill
    • Compassionate in every candidate interaction
    • Highly accountable and team-oriented
    • Passionate about mission-driven work
    • Someone who brings energy, urgency, and heart to recruiting
