ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier team members within our salons. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring we bring in the best talent to support our growth. Additionally, you will contribute to compliance, employer branding, and HR initiatives that align with our company’s vision. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the shaping and building of our high-performing salon teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising souring to offer and onboarding.
• Use diverse channels to source top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
• Maintain a data led approach to recruitment to support day-to-day strategy and delivers out comes aligned with departmental OKR's.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience with multi-site recruitment within retail, beauty, leisure or hospitality. International recruitment experience desired.
• Passionate about people and committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Adaptable individual keen to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in tracking recruitment metrics and optimising processes.

LOCATION

This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Support Centre in Central London, and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
