Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles (white-collar) at every Schaeffler location in Debrecen,
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies,
• Source, screen, and interview candidates,
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing,
• Coordinate and participate in interviews and manage the offer process,
• Ensure recruitment compliance, background checks, data quality, and reporting activities,
• Support onboarding activities and candidate engagement,
• Collaborate with agencies, Employer Branding, and internal stakeholders,
• Support the recruitment campaigns,
• Represent the company at recruitment events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, or a related field,
•  3+ years of recruitment experience,
• Strong knowledge of the Hungarian recruitment market,
• Stakeholder management experience,
• Fluent English and Hungarian with strong communication skills,
• Confident user of Office 365 tools.
