Chevron Global Business Services, located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting online applications for the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. Successful candidates will join the Human Resources team which is part of a successful multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 1000 employees delivering business services and solutions across the globe.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse roles across U.S., U.K., and LATAM markets, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights. Responsible for extending official offers, managing salary negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding phase.
  • Collaborate with HR and the business to understand their business strategy and talent requirements.
  • Develop and implement short and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
  • Leverage Workday and advanced recruiting and sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and secure top talent.
  • Identify trends and opportunity areas to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to global recruitment protocols and KPIs, ensuring all data is accurately tracked in the ATS

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related careers.
  • At least 4 years of experience managing the full cycle recruitment process preferably within a corporate multinational environment or a high-volume agency.
  • Must be highly proficient in English.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
  • Teamwork and customer service focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday and Service Now.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • US, regional or global experience and/or working in a Shared Service center.
  • Open to work on a flexible time and Holidays, as needed.

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered.

International Considerations:

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
