This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment solutions aligned with organizational goals

Recruitment

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Project Planning and Analysis

• Develop and execute project plans for recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline management.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
