What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage end-to-end technical recruitment processes across global hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand talent requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain up-to-date applicant tracking throughout the process.
  • Lead proactive sourcing initiatives using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews in Englishwhile ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with HR-Resource Allocation and People Operation teams to ensure seamless alignment between hiring needs, recruitment delivery and onboarding readiness.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical and support roles.
  • Monitor and keep record of recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical IT recruitment,
  • Proven experience in global hiring,
  • Fluent English (written and spoken),
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change,
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and well-organized,
  • Experience using Workday or similar ATS systems is a plus.
