De functie
Als Talent Acquisition Specialist (Inhouse) zorg je ervoor dat de klant het juiste talent weet aan te trekken. Je vindt het leuk om onze opdrachtgevers écht te leren kennen en bent daar graag onderdeel van: je verdiept je in de bedrijfscultuur, de teams en het bedrijfsmodel. Het vinden van de juiste kandidaten doe je door te sparren met de managers over de inhoud van de functie, vacatures op te stellen, de marketing en branding eromheen of door nieuwe kandidaten te benaderen en ze te begeleiden door het proces. Of je zet een extern werving & selectiebureau in als de functie buiten je expertise valt. Afhankelijk van je senioriteit en/of groei kan je ook volledige eindverantwoordelijkheid pakken als aankomend Talent Acquisition Partner.
