The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process with a strong emphasis on writing high-quality job descriptions, preparing offer letters, coordinating onboarding documents, and maintaining recruitment compliance. This role ensures a positive candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers to bring in top talent aligned with organizational needs.
