TALENT ACQUISITION SOURCER
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Sourcer within our Human Resources division. This position falls under our Corporate line of business and is located in Philippines. In this role, you will take the lead in sourcing roles across North America talent. You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners.
How We Work
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will be expected to work in a remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
• Assigned workspace in full home office set up
• Company-issued equipment + remote access
• Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
• Leverages relevant channels and tools to attract qualified candidates to open roles. Explores creative methods to build our employer brand such as special interest groups, job boards, social media, career fairs and networking events.
• Possesses strong organizational knowledge and articulates Corpay’s employee and client value propositions in a compelling manner.
• Interviews applicants to validate their work experience, education, skills, competencies and salary requirements.
• Succinctly summarizes candidate information from phone screens and recommends qualified candidates.
• Schedules and coordinates interview activity, providing timely feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Provides frequent, data-driven updates to HR leadership to report on recruiting progress.
Qualifications & Skills
• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a similar fast paced, high-volume environment
• Previous sourcing for Operations, professional, IT and/or sales
• Proven ability to strategize, prioritize and develop creative new methods to attract talent to fuel candidate pipelines
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of behavioral, situational and/or competency based interviewing techniques
