Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer!

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE). This role will support our global hiring needs across all functions on the business. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building strong pipelines of qualified talent across functions such as technology, engineering, and other corporate functions. You will work closely with the recruiters, hiring teams, and HR partners to develop sourcing strategies, conduct talent market research, and build diverse candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs globally.

What You'll Do

What It Takes

• Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition is a bonus
• 5+ Years of experience in full-cycle (End to End) recruitment.
• Sourcing experience in technology and engineering/operations required - other business functions preferred - with proven ability to engage candidates through creative sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, Social media, and other technical sourcing methods such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, and others.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with Boolean search techniques and recruitment databases
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a global team
• Professional demeanor with ability to handle confidential information
• Customer service mindset with capacity to work effectively across all organizational levels
