This role is designed for a strategic and data-driven Talent Acquisition professional who will own end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles while also helping shape the future of hiring processes. You will operate as a trusted partner to business leaders, supporting hiring decisions across multiple corporate functions such as Finance, Marketing, Legal, People, and Commercial areas. Beyond execution, you will play a key role in improving recruitment efficiency through data analysis, automation, and AI-driven tools. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly focused on continuous improvement and innovation in Talent Acquisition. You will manage multiple high-volume pipelines while ensuring a strong candidate experience and hiring quality.
