Job Description

Ecolab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Global Business Services (GBS) Screener in BA, Argentina who play a critical role in the recruitment process by reviewing the initial candidate pool against job requirements to determine the first slate of candidates for the recruiter to review. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications and match them to the job's needs.​

This role will be responsible for:

• ​ Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and job requirements.​
• Provide TA Recruiter with a qualified panel of candidates to screen.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth transition of qualified candidates for further consideration.​
• Provide feedback to recruiters about the candidate pool and any observed trends or insights.​

This role will be accountable for:

• Review candidate applications to evaluate experience & education against job qualifications ​
• Use an objective mind and with clear understanding of role and duties to assess applicants. ​
• Retaining applicant resume or details that were omitted in application process.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and screening decisions.​

Minimum Qualifications

• ​​Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.​

• 2+ years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.​
• Strong understanding of job requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications.​
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.​
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.​​
