Launch your career in Human Resources with this dynamic entry point into our Talent Acquisition department! This role offers exceptional growth and development opportunities, plus the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!Responsible for working with talent acquisition representatives, talent advisors, employee health and candidates to ensure all required new hire pre-boarding activities are completed within established service-level agreements. Preboarding activities include, but are not limited to, coordination of pre-employment drug screening process, monitoring of pre-employment documentation/applications, monitoring I-9 completion and escalations process, reviewing job profiles, monitoring, and reviewing background checks. Also responsible for scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate travel when necessary.
Greet new employees during their pre-boarding appointment making sure guests are comfortable and connected with the right personnel. Collect identification documents and complete the I-9 management process. Take badge photo/headshot to aid in badge creation. Manage scheduling of interviews by working directly with candidates and interviewers. Develop interview schedules and provide follow-up correspondence and status updates to candidates via phone, text, and email within established service-level agreements.
Review job profile against job requisition and candidate qualifications for compliance. Conduct primary source verification of license, registration, certification, temporary permits, and credentialing requirements as regulated by the respective governing body for practice in a specific profession and required by the position job description. Initiate, monitor, and review state-specific background studies and fingerprinting processes, including scheduling fingerprinting appointments. Partner with pre-boarding vendors to facilitate background screening and relocation processes, pre-employment drug screening and I-9 management. Monitor and review background checks. Conduct discussions with candidates regarding background check findings. Ensure new employees and transfer employees meet all licensing and credentialing requirements for the healthcare industry for their specific position. Complete reference check, where required.
Maintain and manage filing and other information management systems for the accurate and effective recording, storage, retrieval, and use of personnel data. Resolve complex recruiting queries and non-standard recruiting requests that cannot be resolved by Employee Services Center (ESC).Track escalated issues and trends. Understand assigned service line(s) and assigned recruitment processes and technologies. Manage time efficiently, communicate effectively, and execute all correlating processes. Possess expertise in HR related technologies.
Qualifications
Associate degree required or equivalent combination post-secondary education and relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred field of study in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or related degree.
Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or related experience preferred. Experience using recruitment process' and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or ability to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
