Cleveland Clinic isseekinga dynamic and driven individual to serve as a Recruiter in Talent Acquisition. Caregivers in this position playan important rolein building andmaintainingthe candidate pipeline, recruiting,sourcingand hiring talent to fill roles that complete Cleveland Clinic’s mission to be the best place to receive care and the best place to work in healthcare. This caregiveris responsible forrecruiting in Cleveland Clinic’s Florida market, including Indian River and Tradition Hospitals, along with ambulatory, family health and surgery centers.
The Recruiter manages the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, while ensuring adherence to quality metrics and organizational goals. This caregiver focuses on driving the offer process, pre-closingcandidatesand supporting the development of robust candidate pipelines. Additionally, this caregiverimplements and evaluates innovative strategies to attract and recruit top-quality candidates, whileremainingcommitted to decreasing organizational vacancy rates with highly qualified hires.
The Recruiter collaborates across teams and fosters teamwork to achieve recruitmentobjectiveswhilemaintaininga highly reliableand compliant organization. This caregiver builds and nurtures strong customer relationships, ensuring a seamless selection process and consistent delivery of high-quality recruitment outcomes.
A caregiver in this roleworksdays, Monday-Friday, in a hybrid schedule, with three days on-site each week.
Responsibilities:
Activelyparticipatein Cleveland Clinic and Talent Acquisitionobjectives, ensuring alignment with quality metrics and organizational goals.
Collaborate across teams and departments to support recruitment initiatives and decrease organizational vacancy rates by sourcing and hiring quality candidates.
Participate in the execution of recruitment plans for areas of assigned responsibility, ensuring innovative and effective strategies to attract highly skilled and qualified caregivers.
Manage the candidate pipeline, driving the offer process, conducting pre-closingactivitiesand supporting the further development of candidate sourcing and pipelining efforts in adherence to SLA.
Ensure compliance and adherence to processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including position approval, posting, sourcing, interviewing, candidate and hiring leader experience and applicant tracking database management.
With support from the Talent AcquisitionAdvisor, report on recruitment progress,metricsand pipeline development.
Create, track andmonitorquality metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process to drive teamwork,consistencyand process improvement.
Participate in Level 1-Tiered Huddle
Serve as an internal consultant to enterprise managers, providing guidance on staffing,trainingand counseling related to Talent Acquisition and HR Recruitment policies and procedures.
Participate in recruitment efforts at events, and other community-related activities to build andmaintaina strong candidate pipeline.
Demonstrateproficiencyin all systems and technology required for the role to ensure efficientrecruitmentoperations and compliance.
Track and preparetimelyreports on new caregiver status, including HR appointment readiness, attendance, missingdocumentsand clearance requirements.
Provideaccurateandtimelycommunication with candidates and new caregivers, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
Participate in cross-team collaboration to support organizational initiatives and ensure consistent recruitment practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience in human resources,recruitmentor related Cleveland Clinic experience with a focus on sales orientation, customer service, idea generating/innovation andleveragingnetworks
OR associate degree and four years of experience OR high school diploma/GED and six years of experience
Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonalcommunicationand strong customer service skills
Superior organizational and analytic skills with keen attention to detail and quality anddemonstratedability to generate and support pragmatic solutions to meet Cleveland Clinic standards
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office suite, Applicant Tracking System (Workday) CRM and other recruitment tools and technologies
Mustdemonstrateproven experience handling confidential Human Resources matters
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years of recruitment experience
