Job Description

Support Talent Acquisition and People Operations by coordinating full-cycle recruiting activities and core employee lifecycle processes. This role partners with managers, candidates, and employees to deliver efficient hiring coordination, onboarding support, HR administration, compliance, and a positive employee experience while helping the business attract and retain talent.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offer and pre-employment processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, schedule interviews, track candidate progress, and maintain a smooth hiring process.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and applicant tracking data to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, and process improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.
  • Ensure job postings, candidate communications, and recruiting documentation are accurate and maintained across required systems and platforms.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, orientation coordination, system updates, and employee record maintenance.
  • Assist with maintaining employee files, HRIS data, and People Operations processes to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Assist with audits, compliance activities, and administration of HR programs such as employee referrals and other People initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and project support for People Team initiatives, reporting needs, and cross-functional HR programs as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with high-volume corporate or staffing agency recruiting
  • Experience utilizing an ATS system (Workday experience is a plus)
  • Sound understanding of business strategy, objectives, and challenges
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Passion for finding and hiring great talent.
  • Must be an independent self-starter as well as a dependable team player with a positive attitude

Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered.
