We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition intern to join the TikTok Product and Design Talent Acquisition team. This internship will provide exercised exposure to interview coordination, sourcing strategies, diverse recruiting programs design and candidate management/engagement, with opportunities available for technical and non-technical recruiting. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

- Full Cycle Recruitment Support: Assist in managing roles from intake to interviewing, including partnering with hiring managers and TA Partners to understand role requirements, posting jobs, screening applicants, and supporting interview and onboarding processes.

- Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Help design creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for critical roles. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and talent mapping.

- Market Research: Conduct industry and competitor research to provide actionable insights and best practices to the hiring team.

- Candidate Experience: Play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate journey by coordinating interviews efficiently and ensuring timely, professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
