Team Introduction

We’re a regional Talent Acquisition team supporting TikTok Shop across SEA. Our team drives hiring strategies that power the growth of our e-commerce business, from early careers programs to experienced hires across key functions.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.

- Screen resumes to match qualifications with role requirements.

- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.

- Support the tracking and updating of applicant information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

- Help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor hiring progress.

- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.

- Assist in providing a smooth and engaging interview experience.
