As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
2. Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team (Recruiters, Coordinators, other Sourcers) & hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business's needs and goals are fulfilled.
3. Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
4. Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency.
5. Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
6. Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
