Job Description

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Program Specialist - MSP and Workforce Planning to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive effective managed service provider (MSP) operations by coordinating recruiting activities and ensuring seamless execution across sourcing and delivery teams.

  • Strengthen workforce planning accuracy by consolidating hiring forecasts into actionable regional talent demand insights.

  • Optimize recruiting capacity alignment by identifying gaps, risks, and resource needs before they impact hiring outcomes.

  • Enhance service performance through proactive monitoring of key metrics, operational scorecards, and service level commitments.

  • Ensure smooth hiring execution by connecting workforce planning, headcount approvals, and requisition processes without duplication or delays.

  • Improve operational efficiency by standardizing processes, documentation, and governance practices across the region.

  • Support informed business decisions through data analysis, reporting, and workforce planning insights that enable strategic talent acquisition outcomes.

  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with HR, Finance, Procurement, business leaders, and external providers to deliver scalable workforce solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR, Talent Acquisition, or workforce-related programs while coordinating multiple stakeholders, priorities, and operational processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate workforce data, forecasts, and business needs into actionable solutions.

  • Effective consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills that enable collaboration across business leaders, service providers, and functional teams.

  • Proven ability to drive process excellence, operational discipline, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

  • Adaptability, resourcefulness, and results orientation, with a customer-focused approach to delivering talent and workforce planning solutions.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • Professional certifications in project management, HR management, or directly related to the 30% or equivalent experience are preferred.

  • Preferred experience supporting managed service provider (MSP) programs, workforce planning initiatives, or Talent Acquisition operations within a complex business environment.

  • Leverage external talent sourcing methodologies, recruiting technologies, and workforce analytics tools to support hiring demand and workforce strategy execution.

  • Administer operational and commercial aspects of supplier partnerships, including service performance tracking, purchase order alignment, invoice reconciliation, and supplier onboarding coordination.

  • Utilize data analytics, reporting, data visualization, and business insights to evaluate hiring forecasts, recruiting capacity, and operational effectiveness.

  • Apply human resources consulting and business process execution expertise to balance stakeholder needs while ensuring efficient and compliant talent processes.

  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, business leaders, and external service providers to deliver integrated workforce and recruiting solutions.

  • Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal effectiveness when managing stakeholders across diverse functions and organizational levels.

  • Maintain process documentation, standard work, training materials, and governance practices that support consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.

  • Preferred ability to identify operational risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery outcomes.

  • Leverage technology and digital tools to improve workflow visibility, operational agility, reporting accuracy, and workforce planning effectiveness.
