Avomind ist eine Personalberatung mit Fokus auf Recruiting in 3 Bereichen: Strategie, Vertrieb und Data. Wir unterstützen vor allem schnell und international wachsenden Unternehmen bei Ihrer Personalbedarf.

Unser Team ist vielfältig und international – wir sprechen über 20 Sprachen, unsere Kunden und Projekte sind weltweit (DACH, EU, USA; Asien).

Nun suchen wir ab sofort nach einem(r) Talent Acquisition Praktikant:in für unser Berliner Büro. Wenn du motiviert, engagiert und neugierig auf die Welt des Recruitings bist, bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Outbound- und Inbound-Recruiting
  • Recherche von Kandidat:innen über LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google und mehreren Networking events
  • Screening von Bewerber:innen per Telefon oder Video Calls
  • Koordination von Interviews und Terminplanung
  • Verantwortung für Candidate Experience
  • Teilnahme an Networking events (Campus, Partnerschaften, Kundenevents)

Anforderungen:

  • Interesse an Recruiting oder Vertrieb
  • Sehr gute Recherchefähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Spaß bei wechselnden Prioritäten und agilen Strukturen
  • Fokus auf Projekterfolg auch bei herausforderndem Scope
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
