We’re looking for a German Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to support our hiring needs for Switzerland In this role, you will have end‑to‑end ownership of the recruitment process while driving innovative, data-driven talent strategies that support our company’s growth.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, assessme nt and selection
  • Develop and execute modern, multi-channel recruitment strategies
  • Build strong, diverse talent pipelines and explore new sourcing channels
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and leaders to understand business needs
  • Drive employer branding, market insights, and talent intelligence
  • Manage recruitment vendors and support DEI initiatives
  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs to continuously improve results
  • Contribute to TA projects, process improvements, and digitalization efforts

YOUR COMPETENCIES:

  • Very Experienced in full-cycle recruiting experience (semiconductor industry is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss and European talent markets
  • Fluency in German & English (must-have)
  • Solid experience with ATS/CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Deep sourcing expertise across direct, indirect, and digital channels
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Structured, proactive, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment
