All Energy Contracting (AEC) is part of OCU Group, a global infrastructure and energy services business with more than 5,000 people delivering projects that power communities and support the energy transition.

Our Australian and New Zealand operations are growing fast, with AEC joining great businesses including BAM, Pilecom and Volta under the OCU Group.

With 500 people locally in Australia and New Zealand, more than 200 active vacancies and plans to double our workforce, we're growing our trade and labour recruitment team.

You'll be recruiting electricians, labourers, trade assistants and other trade and labour roles across AEC and our sister businesses, building pipelines and keeping crews resourced as projects ramp up and new contracts land.

What You'll Do

• Manage a high volume of trade and labour vacancies across Australia and New Zealand.
• Build and maintain talent pools for electricians, labourers, trade assistants and other in-demand roles, so we can move quickly when new roles open.
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs as projects ramp up.
• Give hiring managers clear advice and regular updates, helping them make timely, informed decisions.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged through clear communication, timely feedback and a positive experience from first contact through to onboarding.
• Keep candidate and vacancy information accurate and up to date, so progress is always visible.

What You'll Bring

• Experience recruiting trade and labour talent at volume, ideally within construction, infrastructure, energy or a related sector.
• Strong sourcing capability and a track record of engaging candidates in tight, competitive labour markets.
• The ability to manage a high number of live vacancies at once, staying organised and on top of priorities.
• A commitment to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, with clear communication and consistent follow-through.
