About the Team
The TikTok Talent Acquisition Team builds a team of some of the best Product Managers, Regional Operations, Data Analysts, Customer Service, Project Management at all levels. You will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey. Specifically, you will:
- Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines.
- Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join the team.
- Screen and select candidates effectively.
- Lead key initiatives and projects with the team, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
