About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner with strong manufacturing operations and engineering salaried recruitment experience to recruit talent for our NA Operations organization. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a proven ability to develop strong relationships with hiring managers and work collaboratively across multiple HR disciplines. We are looking for a highly consultative talent advisor who brings external market insights to bear when consulting hiring managers and HR Business Partners on talent needs and recruitment approaches.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role on an energetic and inclusive team where thinking about things in new ways is strongly supported. You'll also work on strategic projects to improve and innovate how we attract and recruit the best talent, because we know that there's always a better way - from generating a candidate pipeline to finding ways to streamline and improve the manager and candidate experience. The ideal candidate is relationship oriented, an effective communicator, and has a proven track record of building and maintaining lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will help position ADM as an employer of choice with highly skilled, in-demand diverse talent that is critical to our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities: In This Role You Will . . .

  • Act as an ambassador of ADM and help create a strong employer-of-choice brand
  • Use your knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies for open positions and to bring insights to the business regarding the market
  • Leverage multiple sourcing tools to identify and attract highly skilled talent (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ)
  • Own the full cycle recruitment process, including pipeline building, sourcing, relationship management, and the offer and closing of candidates
  • Act as the project manager for every search, keeping hiring managers and candidates informed at all times and moving the action forward to deliver results
  • Partner effectively with HR Business Partners and other HR CoEs to ensure the talent needs of the organization are met
  • Drive an efficient hiring process and maintain quality pipeline metrics via the ATS (Kenexa/Brassring)

Job Requirements: You will bring . . .

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter
  • Strong recruitment project management experience with an orientation toward results and delivery
  • Highly developed communication skills- both written and verbal
  • Strong consulting, problem solving skills, relationship management and closing skills
  • Curiosity, agility and the ability to influence outside one’s direct span of control
  • Experience developing targeted sourcing strategies to attract talent for niche roles and in challenging talent markets, specifically experience in attracting talent across NA into manufacturing roles (including engineering, maintenance, supervisory and other technical roles)
  • Demonstrated expert level capabilities in direct sourcing talent including utilizing AI and other sourcing tools
  • Self-motivated with superior organizational skills, integrity and follow through

You are . . .

  • A strong self-starter and “dot-connector” who sees the big picture and drives processes to deliver desired outcomes
  • A team player who always assumes positive intent and brings people together to deliver results

Before applying for an exempt, non-exempt or hourly job opportunity, you are expected to initiate a discussion and share your intentions with your supervisor. * If you’ve been in your current position for more than 18 months, supervisor approval is not required. * If you’ve been in your current position for less than 18 months, verbal supervisor approval is required.
