The Role You Could Play:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to jointhe People & Education team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.As Talent Acquisition Partner, your primary responsibility is to work at pace, both collaboratively and independently to drive the end-to-end recruitment of roles within your portfolio.You will also play a vital role in delivering initiatives that will attract and highlight specialist and hard-to-fill roles. At MECCA we don't take no for an answer, so you will have the opportunity toparticipate intransformative and innovativeproject-based work from time-to-time.

On any one day, you could be:
Prioritising upcoming recruitmentactivitieswith your stakeholders
Championing the MECCA culture and values as you ensure every candidate has an exceptional experience
Planning and executing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for host, specialist, leadership and New Stores roles
Working with the social team to attract candidates for available positions
Organising and facilitating individual and groupforums /interviews
Ensuring a smooth offer to onboarding process for successful candidates
Partnering with your internal stakeholders to succession plan and anticipate their needs before they do
Holding a career conversation with one of our team members
Driving improvements in our internal and external recruitment processes

Our perfect candidate has:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (Retail/FMCG preferred)
Demonstrated experience across both high volume and high-touch recruitment
The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong customer orientation and service mentality
Solid organisational and planning skills
An agile and nimble working style and can work in a fast-paced environment
