The Opportunity

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to cover maternity leave (8 months contract), leading hiring across the company. This role runs on full ownership from day one: you scope the plans, you build the pipelines, you close the roles. If that's the kind of job you want, keep reading.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment across R&D, Product, GTM, and both local & global roles – from kickoff to close
• The hiring plan for every role you touch, working directly with hiring managers and leadership to define what great looks like
• Sourcing strategy and the diverse, high-quality pipelines that come from it
• The candidate experience at every single stage
• The data and insights behind our hiring decisions, so recruiting here runs on evidence, not habit
• The momentum of your searches, spotting blockers early, pushing things forward, and making sure nothing gets stuck

Requirements

• 4-5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a high-intensity startup environment
• A track record of running end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles and departments
• Global recruitment experience, working with international candidates and hiring teams
• Hiring wins across functions such as R&D, Product, GTM, and global roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working directly with hiring managers and leadership
• Full professional fluency in English, spoken and written
• High energy, real ownership, and the ability to move independently and fast
• Genuine care for people, and for building a candidate experience worth talking about
