Purpose of the Role

JELD-WEN is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume hiring across our manufacturing operations. This role will serve as a strategic recruitment partner for plant leadership, creating sourcing and recruiting strategies to expedite our ability to attract and hire hourly production talent in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume recruitment, excels at managing multiple priorities, communicates proactively, and can navigate ambiguity while driving results. While this position is remote, candidates must reside within driving distance of one or more JELD-WEN manufacturing locations to support occasional onsite recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and business partnership needs. Strong candidates will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding metrics and delivering results, and knowledge of basic HR policies, procedures, & employment policy.

What You Will Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly manufacturing positions across multiple facilities
  • Partner directly with plant leaders, HR Business Partners, and operations teams to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract production, skilled trades, warehouse, and operations talent.
  • Maintain strong communication with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Effectively manage multiple openings simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-up and movement of candidates through the pipeline.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and workforce challenges to proactively identify solutions.
  • Support hiring events, job fairs, community outreach efforts, and other talent attraction activities.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate candidate records and ensure process compliance.
  • Support surge hiring projects as business needs evolve.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and market conditions

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including experience supporting manufacturing or operations environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruiting across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10-15% to support hiring events, plant visits, leadership meetings, and workforce initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience will be considered.
  • Experience supporting production, skilled trades, maintenance roles.
  • Knowledge of recruiting analytics
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors/PeoplePoint (ATS)
