The Talent Acquisition Partner III will support Corvant's Mission Critical division with a primary focus on recruiting field and operations talent supporting data center and mission critical construction projects across Georgia and surrounding markets. This role serves as a strategic recruiting partner to operations leadership while owning the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume and hard-to-fill field positions.

Beyond requisition management, this individual will be responsible for building and maintaining a sustainable local talent pipeline through workforce development initiatives, community engagement, and partnerships with high schools, trade schools, technical colleges, and industry organizations. The ideal candidate brings strong field recruiting experience, urgency, relationship-building skills, and a passion for workforce development.

Requirements

Full Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Mission Critical field and operations positions
  • Partner closely with operations leadership on recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and hiring priorities
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for skilled trades and field leadership positions
  • Drive urgency and consistent communication throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain recruiting activity, candidate status, and hiring data within the ATS

Field & Skilled Trades Recruiting

  • Focus heavily on field manpower recruiting including:
    • Foremen
    • Pipefitters
    • Welders
    • Plumbing and mechanical field talent
    • Superintendents and field leadership
  • Build passive candidate pipelines and maintain evergreen talent pools for recurring Mission Critical needs
  • Conduct market mapping and targeted recruiting within the local Georgia market

Workforce Development & Community Outreach

  • Develop and maintain relationships with:
    • High schools
    • Trade schools
    • Technical colleges
    • Apprenticeship programs
    • Workforce development organizations
  • Represent Corvant at career fairs, trade events, community outreach efforts, and industry networking functions
  • Support early talent initiatives and create awareness of careers in mechanical construction and Mission Critical work

Stakeholder Partnership & Process Excellence

  • Act as a trusted recruiting partner to Mission Critical leadership
  • Provide market insight, recruiting trends, and candidate feedback to hiring teams
  • Support standardized recruiting and onboarding processes across the platform
  • Help improve recruiting workflows, candidate experience, and talent attraction strategies

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience
  • Strong experience recruiting skilled trades, construction, industrial, or field operations talent
  • Experience supporting dispersed or multi-site workforces preferred
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive and hard-to-find candidates
  • Experience building community, trade school, or workforce development partnerships preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using ATS and recruiting technology platforms
  • Ability to travel locally as needed for schools, jobsites, and recruiting events

Preferred Background

  • Mechanical construction, Mission Critical, industrial, or data center recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling operations
  • Familiarity with Georgia labor markets and local workforce channels
