Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead for Global Capability Model (GCM), this role is responsible for driving high-quality, scalable hiring delivery across the Global Capability Center (GCC) location, ensuring alignment with global standards, operational excellence, and business priorities.

The Talent Acquisition Partner, Global Capability Model (GCM) reports into the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, GCM and is an individual contributor who partners closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to deliver against aggressive hiring plans for the Global Capability Center (GCC). This role owns end-to-end requisition delivery for assigned functions, with a strong focus on candidate experience, process discipline, data integrity, and continuous improvement within a global TA operating model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned requisitions across the GCC, ensuring targets are met with speed, quality, and operational discipline.
  • Partner with HR and hiring leaders to clarify demand, calibrate roles, define hiring profiles, and align on selection processes and timelines.
  • Execute sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, networking, referrals, talent mapping, pipeline building) to ensure diverse, qualified candidate slates.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, structured interview coordination, and timely feedback loops.
  • Operate with rigor in TA systems and workflows (requisition management, interview plans, offer processes), ensuring compliance, documentation, and data accuracy.
  • Use recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, candidate experience signals, source effectiveness) to identify issues and implement improvements within your scope.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market insights, talent availability, compensation considerations (as applicable), and hiring trade-offs.
  • Coordinate closely with global TA teams/COEs (e.g., sourcing, TA operations, employer branding) to leverage standard tools, practices, and support.
  • Manage recruiting risks and escalations for your requisition load, proposing options and driving timely resolution with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and cross-training by documenting best practices, sharing market learnings, and supporting team process adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tools, templates, and workflows that enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated success in high-volume and/or complex hiring environments.
  • Experience operating within a centralized or global Talent Acquisition model strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting hiring for Global Capability Centers or similar global delivery environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, influence outcomes, and deliver results in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills: demonstrated ability to use data to prioritize work and improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
