This is a 1-year fixed-term opportunity with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Do you enjoy building relationships, partnering with hiring managers, and connecting talented professionals with exciting career opportunities?

We are looking for a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment activities for Switzerland. In this role, you will manage end-to-end hiring processes, partner with stakeholders across the business, and contribute to delivering an exceptional candidate experience in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance
• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and professional networks
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and motivation
• Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Provide regular updates and market insights to hiring managers and stakeholders
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where applicable
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Languages, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related people-focused role
• Advanced German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and managing recruitment processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or sourcing tools is considered an advantage
• Collaborative and customer-oriented approach with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities
