What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a driven and outcome-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to support our hiring needs on a 6‑month fixed term contract, with potential for renewal. In this role, you’ll play a hands-on part in delivering high‑velocity, end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to secure high‑quality talent in a competitive market.
You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle — from proactive sourcing and headhunting to offer management and pre‑boarding — with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing, data discipline, and candidate experience. This role is well‑suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, is comfortable managing multiple concurrent requisitions, and brings strong stakeholder management and closing skills.
This is a fixed term contract role (6 months), reporting to the Director of Operations, based in KL Eco City (hybrid)
