Whatyou’lldo
Lead full-cycle recruitment and provide subject matterexpertiseto hiring managers throughout the recruitmentprocess
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and align hiring strategies to meet current and future needs, building proactive talent pipelines using data, sourcing,and networking
Leverage technology and tools to balance speed, efficiency, and an exceptional manager and candidate experience
Identifyopportunities to improve the recruitment process,enhancingefficiency and quality without compromising the manager or candidate experience
Ensure recruitment activitiescomply withemployment law, Official Languages and Human Rights legislation
Leverage recruitment metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement and hiring effectiveness
Build andmaintainrelationships with external recruitment partners and talent networks
Whatyou’llbring to the team
Required qualifications
Adegree in Business Administration, Human Resources, ora related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least four years of recruiting experience
Strong judgment and proven ability in candidate assessment andselection
Experience developing andmaintainingeffective relationships with internal and external partners
Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Working knowledge of HR programs, policies, and recruitment best practices
Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365)
Proficiencyin both official languages (English and French) and proven ability in oral and written communication.
Preferred qualifications
At least seven years of recruiting experience
Experience supporting bilingual or linguistically designated positions is an asset
Proficiencywith recruitment platforms (e.g., Workday,HiredScore,LinkedinRecruiter)
