In this role, you will provide end-to-end recruitment support across a portfolio with a strong focus on technology hiring, including roles across Technology, Advice & Customer Technology and Wrap Technology.

This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who can move at pace, manage multiple priorities and provide a great experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

While the core focus is technology recruitment, you will also support hiring across other divisions as business needs require.

We use SAP Success Factors ATS, with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiring Assistant, and HireVue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across your portfolio, from recruitment approval through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, shape recruitment approaches and deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead recruitment activity across technology-focused portfolios, particularly Technology, Advice & Customer Technology and Wrap Technology.
  • Source, assess and manage candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Provide practical advice and guidance to leaders on recruitment processes, market insights, sourcing strategies and selection decisions.
  • Maintain strong process discipline across requisition management, candidate status updates, offer accuracy and hiring governance requirements.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Work collaboratively with People & Culture colleagues, TA team members and shared services teams to support smooth hiring and onboarding outcomes.
  • Support recruitment across other business divisions as needed, flexing to changing priorities and demand.

What you will bring:

  • Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in complex or fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience recruiting technology roles, with the ability to understand a broad range of technical and business-aligned technology positions.
  • A delivery-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities while maintaining quality and pace.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to partner closely with hiring leaders and provide clear, practical advice.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including approvals, sourcing, screening, selection, offer management and onboarding.
  • Strong sourcing capability and the ability to build talent pipelines across multiple channels.
  • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and process discipline.
  • A commitment to delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Adaptability and willingness to support hiring across other divisions in addition to technology recruitment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a practical and collaborative approach.
