  • Use market insights and recruiting data to share search updates, support equitable offer development, maintain accurate ATS records, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support high-volume frontline fulfillment center hiring by aligning recruiting activity with workforce forecasts, training class start dates, seasonal demand, and operational priorities.
  • Build relationships with external partners and community organizations to strengthen local talent pipelines, increase awareness of QVC Group career opportunities, and support community engagement.

What You'll Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and high-volume recruiting; in-house corporate recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building hiring-manager partnerships and managing searches from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Ability to source candidates proactively, including using Boolean search and direct outreach to engage passive talent.
  • Skill in using talent-market information to calibrate role requirements, explain candidate availability, and shape search plans.
  • Clear, timely communication and a commitment to a respectful, inclusive candidate experience.
  • Ability to manage priorities, maintain accurate ATS records, and use recruiting information to provide useful updates.
  • For frontline portfolios, ability to connect operational hiring forecasts with pipeline and recruiting plans; for professional portfolios, ability to conduct deeper market research and build passive-candidate relationships.
