Description

Forterro is investing heavily in the growth of its Technology & Innovation Centre (TiC) in Casablanca, creating new opportunities across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, IT and corporate functions.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our international People & Culture team and support this exciting growth journey. Initially, you'll focus on hiring talent into our Casablanca operation, helping to build teams that are critical to Forterro's long-term strategy and transformation programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter, whether you're currently working in an agency environment and looking to move in-house, or already working within Talent Acquisition and looking for broader exposure.

While your initial focus will be Morocco, this role is designed with growth in mind. As our Technology & Innovation Centre matures, you'll have opportunities to support recruitment activity across multiple countries, business units and functions, developing into a truly international Talent Acquisition role.

Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, you'll work closely with an experienced global Talent Acquisition team, partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract and hire exceptional talent.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance.
• Deliver recruitment activity across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, IT and corporate functions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Screen, assess and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ATS records

Stakeholder Partnership

• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Provide guidance on recruitment strategy, hiring approaches and market conditions.
• Support interview design, candidate assessment and selection decisions.
• Use market data and recruitment insight to influence hiring outcomes and improve decision making.

Talent Attraction & Employer Brand

• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives within the Moroccan talent market.
• Promote Forterro within technology, engineering, product and professional services communities.
• Contribute to recruitment marketing campaigns and talent attraction activities.

Market Intelligence & Workforce Planning

• Provide insight into local and international talent markets.
• Track hiring trends, compensation movements and competitor activity.
• Identify recruitment risks, opportunities and talent availability trends.
• Support workforce planning discussions with relevant stakeholders.

AI-Enabled Recruitment

• Leverage modern recruitment technology and AI-powered tools to increase efficiency and quality.
• Support adoption of recruitment best practices and innovation.
• Use data and automation to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Essential Experience

• At least three years of recruitment experience gained in an agency, in-house Talent Acquisition environment, or a combination of both.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting for technology, software, SaaS, product, engineering, data or professional services positions.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction capability.
• Experience partnering effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
