The Talent Acquisition Partner provides recruitment support and solutions to enable the selection and engagement of a capable workforce across DCITHS. We are looking for an experienced talent specialist to ensure compliance with government legislation, policies and regulations. Our ideal candidate has strong networking skills and experience delivering best-practice advice to hiring managers.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills to understand hiring needs and undertake end-to-end talent acquisition services including the design and delivery of dynamic candidate attraction and assessment strategies.
