As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you help Novo Nordisk secure the talent that keeps us making progress for people living with serious chronic diseases. Based in Kfar Saba, you own recruitment end to end – guiding hiring managers, advising with insight and creating positive experiences for every candidate. You will join the Global Talent Acquisition team within People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs, working mainly across Israel with the opportunity to support Global TA.
Your closest partners are hiring managers across the Lines of Business, the wider P&O community including HR Business Partners and other Centres of Excellence, and Global People & Organization Services. Externally, you will guide candidates and work with recruitment agencies. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you own TA matters within your scope, act as a guardian of our employer value proposition, and proactively escalate complex or cross-functional issues.
You will work in an international, matrixed environment where your expertise is valued, and your voice makes a difference. You will build business acumen and a data-driven mindset, grow through feedback and learning, and help foster a culture of excellence – including coaching more junior colleagues. You will be trusted to make timely decisions, prioritise effectively and adapt as our environment evolves.
